This place is considered the ghetto of Burnsville. The landlord will not even fix anything that is wrong with the building, and thats if you even can find him. They will sign you to a low initial lease but then raise your rent 50-100 dollars at renewal. As far as I am concerned they are a bunch of greedy money-eaters who will double dip on your apartment if you leave early in the lease.

The carpet is filthy in the hallways, lights are always out and not replaced for days, there was even a hole in the hallways that took 2 months to fix.

DO NOT rent from this apartment complex unless you are desparate and the spaces under the bridges are full.

Obviously you lived here 4 years ago. I was here then and I have to say I have only seen improvements over the last few years. Maintenance is here immediately for work orders. The manager will help anyone and it is now a woman, not the male you mentioned. The carpets are new and always kept clean, even when people drag their dripping garbage down the hall. I feel safe here, I have lovely neighbors and the remodeled apartments and new decks are beautiful! I guess you have to expect some noise when you don't move in to an Adults Only apartment building. It is way better than some of the other apartments in Burnsville. I plan on staying for quite some time.
