I was sold on renovated apts. It's not worth it. Floors/walls paper thin. You can hear everything. Maint dept does not even exist there. Nothing gets taken care of and you don't matter. You are a rent check and nothing else. They have no respect for their tenants. Mgmt is nice when u move in but after you sign that lease they are down right rude and disrespectful. There are kids and cats running all over. Cops seem to be there on a regular basis. If you want even just a decent place to live, don't live there. It's one of the worst I've seen.
