I lived there in '03 and they did everything they could to get me in, then once I was there I was treated horrible. Very rude, treated me like I was stupid because I was young (20). Had no respect for me at all. Someone was parking in my garage space - which I paid $20/month for, and they did nothing! I kept calling the office, and they kept saying to tell them if it happens again, but never got the car towed like they were supposed to. So I would get stuck walking through the rain to the building while I was pregnant even though I had paid for the garage. They also didn't know the laws at all... I ended up with a restraining order against my ex-bf because he got violent, they told me they couldn't do anything but change the locks because his name was on the lease, but would have to give him a new key if he asked. He did- and stole over $1000 worth of my things, and then I found out from the police they weren't allowed to give him a key if they had a copy of the order- which they had refused to take saying there was nothing they could do because he was on the lease. It was not at all a safe place.
Also, when I moved in they made us wait because one of the bathrooms wasn't working- the water wouldn't turn on. It was the bathtub in the extra bathroom we didn't turn on for a few weeks- it was never fixed. Brought it up and they never fixed it.
