The management and maintence staff is completely friendly and very accomodating. The fact that they all have garages are a plus. Also the laundry room is great becuase you only share it with 2 other units grant it its $2.00 total per load but you would pay $30-40 per month for water and gas to heat it at most other places anyways. We also like that there is space in the three bedroom units for a kitchen table and the living rooms are a good size. Keep in mind how long you sign a lease. We have 3 short leases and they hiked up the rent every time. It is also located conviently between 35E and 35W. The grounds are also kept well here.
