Really not a bad place. Been here a few years and I have liked it a lot. Mostly small families throughout the complex. Only time I have ever seen the cops is for domestics. The only reason i am leaving is that I currently have a one bedroom (room for me but not a wife...), plus I am sick of not having my own washer and dryer. The one complaint that I do have is that the walls are somewhat thin and the idiots that have the 2bdrm next to me are quite loud and rude. With the two and three bdrms you share a two garage ( security of which is shot if one party leaves it open all the time as I have seen) but the one bdrms get their own secured garage (some of which have openers as mine does). Kids run amok so you have to be careful on the streets. Office is friendly but their ideal of a complaint is to send a strongly worded letter but the maintenance is spot on and timely. Good choice for a single person and/or family.
