I HAVE ONLY LIVED THERE ONE MONTH SO I DONT KNOW IF I HAVE A RIGHT TO COMENT BUT I AM AWARE OF PROBLEMS THEY HAVE HAD IN THE PAST BECAUSE I USE TO LIVE THERE ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO AND YES IT WAS VERY BAD WE HAD MICE INFESTED APT ON THE SECOND FLOOR. BUT I WAS ENTICED BY THE 630.00 DOLLAR RENT W/ UNDER GROUND GARAGE AND A FRESH NEWLY RENOVATED APT. I LOVE MY APT IT IS STYLISH AND I HADF SOME TEENS HANGING IN THE HALL ONE WEKK A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT THEY WERE VERY POLITE CALLING ME SIR ECT. AND I HAVE NOT SEEN THEM SINCE. MATTER OF FACT I HARDLY SEE ANYONE WHEN I COME AND GO.
SO FAR VERY HAPPY..
