We lived here for 2.5 years. Had our car broken into twice in the underground "secure" garage in a years time. Vandals and Hoodlums run the place.. tear railings down in the stairwell, rip the ceiling panels out of the elevator (which was under repair more than it worked) and to top it off a Meth Lab fire in an apartment right across the hall from us which could of blown the whole place up. Broke our lease to have some safety and sanity when it became apparent they weren't going to do anything about it. What is really sad is that this place was beautiful and quiet when we moved in. They got rid of their evening/night security officer and started accepting section 8 - quickly the place went down hill. Now is on the top of the Burnsville Police Departments list of problem complexs. They receive more calls to this place than any other complex in Burnsville. Take my advice and find another place to live... you'll be much happier and safer.

A meth lab? That hardly sounds like someone getting Section 8 assistance to me. They were a bit enterprising, wouldn't you say? And I am sure they always paid their rent on time too. Quite obviously, they're at the "Cross Bar Hilton" by now. Why don't residents pay more attention to what is going on around them? All it takes is a bit of vigilance and responsibility on everybody's part, and the social problems can be eliminated.
