The rent is affordable and apts. have great amenities. The complex has terrific location, and the management is extremely friendly and helpful (They allowed us to move in a day early because of extenuating circumstances). Plus it was one of only a very few places to accept my large dog.

However, the common hallways are narrow and dimly lit, and while the parking garage is well illuminated, there are no other security devices. Some of the outdoor pet areas are also poorly lit. I haven't had any problems with other renters, but I get the impression that management might be a little slow to follow through with some disciplinary actions. Noise isn't much of a problem. The walls aren't thin, but the ceiling is. Often times I can hear my nieghbor above me walking around.
