Not sure where the previous renter was living in this complex... possibly under a rock somewhere. This complex has a huge problem with crime and vandelism. We were not asked to leave we did so for our own safety and life has been much better and peaceful since we did! I do agree to call the police and ask them about the crime level at this complex before renting. I know for a fact that it's a huge problem and even got a copy of all the police calls made from the complex before we moved out. That was our deciding factor.
