the actual apartment was nice, but once you step outside....a whole different story. hallways, and other community areas were disgusting. appeared they had not been cleaned in years! outside trash is scattered about. loud kids everywhere. unsafe feeling, would not walk alone at night if you are a woman. multiple fires (a drunk falling asleep while smoking, burned her place down, arson, and laudry room fires). did not feel right leaving my apartment for feari would arrive home and be surrounded by firetrucks. after we moved, heard of the murder-suicide.....there is a much greater need for detailed background checks. stay away! oh and when we decided to renew after our 1st year, rent raised $70 and another $100 after the 2nd year.
