We lived at the woods for a year. After 2 months of living there, our whole apt was infested with roaches. We contacted the office staff and it took them 6 weeks to come and take care of the infestation, which never really went away until we took into our own hands to call a professional and get it taken care of. There were many times the fire alarms went off whether it was a real fire or kids just doing it for a good laugh. Very noisy. Lots of gunshots. Rude neighbors. Hallways smell disgusting. Cops are ALWAYS there. Disrespectful kids running around and raising hell. They don't pay for any utilities. LOTS of hidden fees! Our rent was $776 for a 2/br and we easily paid over $1100 after all the fees and utilities (water, sewer, trash, heat, electric) was all tacked on! Ridiculous! Definitely NOT a place to raise your kids! We moved in with a 6 month old and regretted every minute. Not a safe environment at all. Please be cautious when thinking about moving in here. Not worth any penny!
