I am on month 9 or so of living in Lake Susan Apartments. I have always been a quiet, pay rent on time kind of tenant. Until just recently, I have been pretty much OK with the building and management.

That was until the day they cut the lock off of my storage area and removed my belongings without ever saying anything to me. They claim they did not know who was in the spot I had occupied for the last nine months and rather than put up a note in the community area by the mailboxes, they put a sign on the storage area itself. Well, it is summer and I just like to leave my car outside unless there are storms, so I never saw any sign.

On top of that matter, the management team here has lied and misdirected me on several other occasions and really carry themselves in a too bad for you attitude. I am currently looking into legal recourse against this complex. Run away from here, trust me, you can find much nicer, quieter places for less or the same money as this hole.
