Who would sit around on July 4th and defend every statement from rent review #1 other than the mananger' Come on now. (and no resident that ACTUALLY lives here would ever defend the size of the bathroom)

I moved out the end of June 2003. They were already starting more construction and the place was getting noisy, dirty etc. I moved to Powers Ridge becaue I thought it looked nice from the outside. But I guess it's true what they say- never judge a book by the cover.

Review #1 seems accurate to me. I also had a problem with maintenance being very dirty and unprofessional. (Making a mess in my apartment and not completing projects in a timely manner.)
The water is BAD and not only does it taste funny but if you are a woman with color treated hair- forget about it. It has so much rust and iron in the water that it makes your hair color completely change. (My hairdresser could not believe the damage) I suppose a simple solution to that would be to wash my hair in the sink with a filter on it instead of showering' Perhaps the manager would like to offer that helpful suggestion to future tennants.

I didn't appreciate the constant change in management and staff. The office staff and manager come across very phoney. They act nice to your face but will giggle, make snide remarks and laugh at you as soon as you walk out the door. (I've witnessed this more than once)
And what about security' Now they are going to be selling units as well as renting. Are those people going to get a criminal background check done' I highly doubt that the mortgage brokers would care if a buyer is a criminal or not.
I would take your family elsewhere. (and singles would NOT want to live here- there are noisy, bratty children everywhere)
