I don't understand the negative reviews. I guess everyone has their own perspective, but my experience from 6/2006 to present has been nothing but great. My condo is well worth the price I paid. The staff goes out of their way to treat me with respect and they're very responsive to any issues that come up. I don't know too many of my neighbors, but of those I've met it's always been a pleasure. It's generally quiet and I can't think of a single thing to complain about. I live on the first floor and rarely hear the people above me. I've been assuming that the walls were built for privacy, simply because I can't tell when anyone is home. I fully intend to stay permanently.
