This is an exceptional place to live. Even has a nice lease-to-own option if you're not sure weather to rent or purchase right away. Staff is very caring and do a wonderful job, especially the on site maintenance. Plenty of storage and parking. As a firefighter, I commend this property for having the foresight to installing fire sprinklers on the decks! Walking distance from Lakewinds Co-op (I'm a big fan of the yummy food!), Lake Susan and a few local neighborhood parks. There are a couple get togethers and outings set up by the residents monthly even though I haven't attended yet, it's still a great way to meet more neighbors.

My only issues are the sound in the hallways or neighbors' front doors shutting can be heard with ease when in or near front door kitchen area. The last sound issue relates to a strange design flaw of having the fitness room on the 3rd level instead of the 1st so if you live right below the fitness room you can hear when someone is using the treadmill so thank goodness it's not open 24/7.
