Extremely restrictive place to reside in.
Constantly changing rules and guidelines, regarding parking, among many other things. Your car will very likely be towed if you leave it parked in the same spot for more than 2 weeks, as it is then considered "abandoned."
Inspections from staff, like they think just because these people are on section 8, that they can't clean their apartments by themselves.
Too small. Not adequate room for the average-sized individual. If you are bigger than a size 4, forget it. Everything is scaled-down, almost like the builders thought trolls or dwarfs were moving in.
The wiring in our space is going bad. The lights flicker and a burning wire was discovered. Scary. I bought a firsafe box and made a plan of escape. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

The maintenance guy is lazy and rude, as is the resident manager and the rest of the office staff, including the previous manager!

In response to yor review: I lived at Carver Ridge and have been sitting here for 20 minutes trying to figure out what could possibly be too small? The hallway leading upstairs? I have no idea, I never had any problems manuevering around the apartment. These townhomes (although not the Taj Mahal) ARE adequate for the average individual. I'm not fat, but most of my guests were and they didn't have any problems. Carver ridge was overall not bad, and the staff was always nice. I guess the only problem I experienced was the noise.
