While I lived there, they were always changing the parking lots rules without written notices and I suspected they were trying to get cars towed.

At the time, I had wondered if management had a deal going with the towing company, myself.

Now I know it's true, after reading another review.

After we moved out, they messed with us and we took them to court and won.

Ha ha, Carver Ridge! Also, don't be afraid to take them to court if they try to keep your deposit after you move out.

It only cost us around $50 in court fees and a free consultation from a lawyer to get back our deposit.

A thing they like to try and pull if you have cats is that your cats ruined the carpet and it was the "smell" that caused them to have to replace it after you move out.

They use that, as it is hard to prove in court that there was no smell.

They are a filthy, dishonest company, with filthy employees.

--------, Carver Ridge! They are rotten apples.

The maintenance guy is lazy and rude, as is the resident manager and the rest of the office staff, including the previous manager!

There must have been something good about it- you lived there for awhile.

In response to yor review: I lived at Carver Ridge and have been sitting here for 20 minutes trying to figure out what could possibly be too small? The hallway leading upstairs? I have no idea, I never had any problems manuevering around the apartment. These townhomes (although not the Taj Mahal) ARE adequate for the average individual. I'm not fat, but most of my guests were and they didn't have any problems. Carver ridge was overall not bad, and the staff was always nice. I guess the only problem I experienced was the noise.
