Chaska is a nice area but I would never recommend this apartment building.
It's hard to find a parking space by your apartment, the kids liked to throw things at cars when I lived there, management changed three times in the year and a half I was there. Extremely difficult to get your deposit back! I had damage to my apartment caused by the laudry room next to my apartment and it ruined my wall and carpet. They brought over a fan to dry up the water.
