After being at Crosstown for a year I have to say things have greatly improved and it looks like it's going to stay that way. There is now an on-site caretaker who decorates for the holidays and put in a sandbox for the kids.

The lawn care is getting better, though the grass isn't perfect. Rent is inexpensive for the area which is nice.

One thing I don't like is that there is no secure outgoing mailbox, though I've never had anything taken from it, just seems like there should be one. The hall lights appear to go out at a certain time daily, it really isn't that big of a deal but I wish they were on all the time.
