I moved out about 3 months ago because we bought a home but there is a new manager and she (unlike others) is strick but fair. She does not talk down to anyone and really takes care of things. She and the staff have made a huge differance! If I wouldn't have bought a house, we would still be there. Those that are mad are probobly the trouble makers that got booted out. When we left, it was pretty quiet and they were starting to re-do the inside of the homes.

I moved out of there in 2005 after having lived there for 10 years. I got frustrated at the way I was treated. I was a good tenant and left with a letter of recommendation but the final manager that was taking over just as I was leaving had an attitude problem. I'm sure this was the same one that others had problems with too, but it definitely left an otherwise fairly good rental situation with a sour taste. I had some problems with that particular manager, but I was one of the ones who DID follow the rules, and was really frustrated about the troublemakers who never got booted out while I was there, that should have. (Hope they are gone by now) If a new manager took over in 2006 or 2007 then things may be looking up.

Things are definitely better than what you are describing. It is too bad you felt like you had to moved.
