I had my car parked outside in the parking lot during broad daylight for not even 2 hours a few weeks ago. I came back to my car to find a large dent the size of a butt print on my hood. The car next to me had their windshield broken and of course the damage wasn't there only a couple of hours before. I found the kids who did it but management won't do anything about it because I have "no proof it was the fault of those particular children." Forget the fact that I saw them running from the scene laughing hysterically. Now I have to pay the deductible for my insurance if I want to get it fixed. I feel sorry for the car that was parked next to me.

Last week I had a friend over who rode his motorcycle down to visit me. He parked it in the parking lot in the row in front of the building near the front doors. He came back to his bike laying down on the ground, his cap to his gas tank tampered with as if someone tried to open it and a scratch more than a foot long on the side.

Since moving here, I have more scratches, dents, dings and paint missing from my car than I have ever received in my 4 years of owning it. Thankfully it's not new or I would be even more mad.

Thank God I'm moving out in the near future but even then I'm not out in the clear until I get my final notice from them after I move. They are now telling me that ON TOP of the few hundred non-refundable deposit that I placed on the apartment, I have to PAY for the painting and the carpet cleaning for the new tenants after me. That is part and always has been part of the non-refundable fee. They will scam you out of anything and everything. I won't even bother to repeat what the previous posts have stated about the other problems in this hell hole. Don't let the free internet, discount rent or free cable lure you in. I wouldn't even pay $600 a month for a 2 bedroom from this hole.

I had a lot of car damage as well from living here. Cops won't do anything and management just shrugs it off. The fact that the kids live there doesn't seem to phase them.

It is not the management's fault that you had problems with your car, things like that can happen anywhere you go.
