People don't waste your time at this Apt. How ------Peca has a job at this Apt still floors me. Glad I only dealt with them a short time, the approval rating says it all.

I agree completely. The new management is horrible. I will also be moving shortly. They are constently putting notices under your door at literally ALL hours of the day and night. I've had notices placed under my door as late at 9pm and as early as 7am. In addition, every notice makes some reference to paying your rent on time. Like we've all become criminals over night trying to scam them out of the rent.

What I dont get is what was wrong prior to new management. Now there is notices under doors and taped to enrty doors. They are changing things that were in place when I signed the lease. In minnesota you are to be given reasonable time to show your apt. Here they show up at the door with people to show them the aptartment. So I am to stop having dinner or watching a movie because someone is hear to see it now. I have now bought a condo in Plymouth and moving and that cant come soon enuff! Just want people to know what goes on here and hope this help make a better choice else where.

We couldn't agree more... we lived in the building for a little over 2 years and then moved back a few months prior to the change in management. With all the changes they have made we feel like we are being punished for renting. The new management team is rude, they do not know how to speak respectfully to anyone (------especially). I would think that if they informed people of THEIR process when showing apartments it would be a little better. I have heard that the saying from management is "They are not there to assist the residents but to teach us the ways of renting." Nice... We have much respect. Can't wait to move!!!
