| BBQ grills are not allowed outside except when in use - if out after 10 am manager delivers lease infraction. Can hear everything the neighbors are doing in the units around. Washers and Dryers cost $1.25 each per load, no dollar changing ... more | ||||||||||||

| Windows in the townhouse are old and need plastic as the wind blows in during winter months. Being a long term resident (11Yrs) inside has never been painted. Every year new requirements and rental rates go up | ||||||||||||
