Crosstown Apartments - After being at Crosstown for a year I have to say things have greatly improved and it looks like it's going to stay that way. Review summary (if you will) - I have lived here since February 2005. Yes, in 2005 it was rough, changing management companies. Very lax on background checks and policies. Times have changed.
