I've lived here for 4 years. I stay because for $665/month, I can have a cat and a garage. They seem to have a new manager every year, and this new one is awful. She limited the exercise room, party lounge, and sauna to just office hours (11am-6pm M-F) and doesn't return my phone calls. The new maintenance man seems pretty good though (he has been here about 2 months). The children are very noisy during the summer time. These apartments were built in 1990, but my microwave has a turn dial. This place has a lot of draft in the winter. There's a ton of parking spots outside but it's not well lit. My car was vandalized last year, and another guy's car had all his windows smashed in. I'd say for $665/month it's adequate, but if you can afford a little more then live somewhere else.

This is a reply to my own post. I moved December 2006, 1 month after yet another manager took over. Checkout went well, and I got the majority of my deposit back. They charged for 4 hours of cleaning (which is not much according to the caretaker), and the carpet which needed to be replaced when I moved in (which they chose not to replace when I moved out; it had a cigarette burn when I moved in). They have a lot of vacant apartments. The few people who choose to move there seem like low-income families. Stay away if you can.
