Our on-site manager Lynn and her kids were nice and polite. Lynn did an excellent job of keeping the building grounds neat and clean. As for her interior cleaning job, you could eat off any floor including that of the parking garage. The problems we ran into were shoddy workmanship and a management company that needed to take it's tenants warning seriously in regards to building conditions. My lease ended 2 months early due to flooding and the mold thereafter. When called about a pipe that appeared to be bulging through the Sheetrock in a wall the management company refused to take it seriously and send someone out to investigate. Even though they had a pipe burst across the hall just a few weeks before. As a result the pipe burst one night while we were out and flooded out our apartment and the apartment below ours. Nobody is sure how many hours the water was running. We were offered no concession in rent, reimbursement for destroyed property, alternative living arrangements or compensation for the 5 days it took to get all the water and debris cleaned up. We were given early release from our lease only because mold from the flood began growing over the walls. This they scrubbed with bleach and painted over with white paint. We were given 2 days to move out so that they could "get the apartment taken care of". The day after move out a friend called on the phone and found out new tenants were living in the apartment. Apparently the unit had been re-carpeted and spot painted. I would not recommend living in this building.
