We have lived here for 2 years and in that amount of time things around here have gone down hill fast. No longer are they focused on a quite, well-maintained, family atmosphere, as they were when we first moved in. They now seem to be focused on the college dorm life style. It is almost a nightly thing to walk down the hallway and smell marijuana, hear loud music and find garbage in the hallway and stair wells. Don't bother getting any help from the new apartment manager. All she wants to do is sit in her new office and do as little as possible. The "maintenance" crew that they have at the apartment are a bunch of hacks, most of the time you are better doing the work yourself. Many of the repairs that I have had to have them do they have had to come back more than once because they are not done right the first time. To sum this up. If you are looking for a college dorm atmosphere with loud music, parties, people running up and down the halls, the smell of marijuana, garbage in the hallway and stairwells and management that will do nothing about it, then this is the place for you. If you want somewhere that is quite, well maintained and a great place to have a family then look somewhere else.
