really really really crummy! Harvey Fillister ownes quite a few properties around here, this is one thats been paid off for years and years. This guy has got to be BANKING off us because its obvious he doesn't put a dime into any of his estates! Examples' Oh sure! How about mice, or the laundry machines that have been broken for months and months! The dishwashers are super cheap and don't work at all so you'll have to do your dishes by hand, its just there for decoration. Also he's been into this kick about putting a super awful shag carpet in all of the rooms he bothers re-carpeting (although in some rooms puke purple carpet is apparently totally up to date and doesn't need to be changed at all). Projects around here can take months and months to complete regardless of their severity. Harvey also likes to fire all of the decent workers that come through and replace them with crackheads! There was one named billy who liked to use his master key to get into my apartment while i was in the shower. Why' Oh, because for some unknown reason his cell phone was in my couch! This place is a revolving door with staff and its obvious there is no kind of screening as far as hiring goes! Also dont expect Harvey NOT to raise your rent every time you renew your lease!
