It's funny I read a review from 2006 saying that the parking lots aren't well lit and they STILL aren't in 2009. The water rarely works. The manager is not friendly at all. There is no place to drop your rent check so I often had to leave work early just so I could pay rent. The toilet in my apartment was leaking and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. The maintenance will just barge into your apartment without warning so keep your chains up. The water in the pool was often green and the pool was closed for half the summer. The manager does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Do NOT give your hard earned money to Robinwood, or any other Filister property. He seems like a real ahole.
