We moved in July of 2008 and were happy for about one month. New management seemed to have taken over more than once, and now you can not get someone to call you back. We have left numerous messages - detailed to vague and yet no one calls back or picks up the phone when they are supposed to have office hours - however those do seem to change every week so you really never know when someone will be there.
We have had a crack in our bedroom window for almost 2 months that is causing our heating bill to go up. They were informed of this crack when it was small and now it stretches across the entire window. They do not give a proper 24 hour notice - more like 8-12 hours.
I do not know the rules of this complex anymore as when new management took over, they failed to give out any new updates. Feel free to park your busted up car here if you need a place to stash it. We used to have a 2 day parking rule where you had to move your car or it would be towed to keep people from leaving cars there for weeks at a time. Now we park on the other end of the complex some nights because there have been cars in the same spots for months.
Lighting. Often our garage has no lights in it, which I find to be very unsafe. They take a week sometimes to get out and change a lightbulb in there.
The maintenance crew that was out here to fix our water heater - by the way we went for 4 days without hot water - did not know what they were doing. I ended up telling them how to fix it in the end. Yet I was not allowed by their rules to do it myself.
I would recommend you look elsewhere for somewhere to live. The new management and office staff - they are very hard to work with and often very rude when you call about something. No one deserves to live in a place like this!!
