Ok so I read a couple of the other ones but I think overall this is a great place to live. No matter what appartment you live in unless it's senior housing your going to have kids playing together. Any ways my apartment has been awsome. I love it here, and don't want to move but have to because this is a very expensive place to live. Every year our rent has gone up at least $100 and that stinks! The workout room is nice but the hot tub is being taken out because it leaked through the floor, and they aren't fixing it. Also the tanning bed has been gone for a few months now, they keep saying there getting a new one but its been months now so ''' A couple of times I wrote up issues wrong, and would wait a week, then go complain again..Paying that much rent, shouldn't have to wait and ask twice. Pool is nice, and is a nice building. Love the washer and drier inside. I don't know. I guess overall I would live here again, and recomend it if you can afford it. Never hear anything from anyone! Never!

I disagree my children are never a too loud and the one time they were I got a knock at my door, however the assistants children are allowed to run and scream outside, ride their bikes while they scream up and down the sidewalk almost running into cars and NO ONE says one word.

I have lived here a year now and agree about the noise bs, we have had two "violations" for supposedly stomping at 2 am when nobody was even awake! the cops came and woke us up but we still got the violation! And worse, the people above us stomp 24/7, sounds like they are moving furniture around all the time! They also throw cig butts off their balcony and we get blamed, we arent even smokers but we got a violation for that too! the maintenance guy is nice but completely worthless, and the two assistant girls are complete -------! i loved nicole as mangager but now we have some new lady and she is a ----- too. She changed the transfer to a different apt rule, and now my friends bf abused her wont pay rent and trashed our apt, she wont do a damn thing about it, and im stuck there! I liked it better the old way! love my room and having a washer and dryer but for that price.....---- should change!!!
