I have lived here for almost 2 years and would give it overall a C-. The property is now onto its third manager. I am guessing this property is the training grounds for Sherlard's training. The first manager was a joke, rude, and very high school. The second manager was a puppet and the third manager will pass the buck faster than your request can come out of your mouth. The two "helpers" are immature and rude. The rent is extremely HIGH for what they brag as amenities. The washer/dryer only hold a 1/4 of a normal load. The heat is electric so you either boil or freeze depending on which floor you live upon, and the noise from the kids who are the "helpers" kids is RUDE. The workout room is outdated, the hot tub does not work, the party room rental includes a fee for nothing but taking up the space that is already paid for by your rent, AND you have to clean it up yourself, no one answers the phone in the office and if they do answer you are met with a snippy attitude that makes you wonder why you even bother calling. Maintenance...forget it unless you are one of the butt kissers who sit and visit the "helpers" all day you might as well fix it yourself....we do. Communication is arcaic, unprofessional, and annoying.
Would I recommend Wedgewood Park' UH NO.
