Average Apartment HORRIBLE Ownership

When I first movved in back in 2005, the Apartment complex was great. Nice comfortable apartment, good maintenance staff, fantastic community(best part) and very friendly landlord. Then the management was sold in '06 to a newer company and everything went downhill. Could never get a hold of the management, they actually lost our rent payment twice! Very rude and unprofessional to speak with and the community they started to accept in the complex went completely down hill. Very loud kids(college age not infants), troubled families(The police were at our building 3 times a week NO EXAGERATION!) etc.
As soon as I could have got out I did.
