There are too many unsupervised children that play in the halls, and parking lot.
For having concrete floors on each level, it is just as noisy as a cheap wood building.

LOW, LOW, STANDARDS!! - Large population of young (teen - early 20's) obnoxiously loud and rude people with stereos blasting, and surround sound tv blasting all hours.
There are too many unsupervised children that play in the halls, and parking lot.
For having concrete floors on each level, it is just as noisy as a cheap wood building.

The convenience of living near the little park with all the wild life is great! I love the peace and quiet. Also, the exercise equipment and pool are a nice addition to my exercise program. Meals at the Ida Marie are just super!
