	after all these years; Devonshire was built in the 1920s as an apartment "mansion" with a restaurant and other services on site. The coal-fired boiler is no longer, but the building is still warm in winter. Devonshire retains some of ... more

	This place was wonderful - I can't think of a single time I had any issue with this place. The management is friendly and very helpful. Devonshire has a lot of personality in its old age.
