These are the most affordable and well-kept apartments in Duluth. In a safe and convinient location (5 min. from downtown, Walgreens 7min. from Mall, Target, Walmart, eateries, gas stations few blocks aways. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Apartments are well maintained and strict with lease terms. We lived here for two years and had no problems. If anything needs a fix, with one phone call maintenance. Garages available for $30 a month. They are small but sedans and SUVs fit just fine. Fire alarm system is rather sensitive.
