We have lived here for 3 years while I have been going to school. They are old buildings, and the rent is way above what these places are worth. We pay $785 for a 2 bedroom---this does not include a garage, parking spot, or air conditioning. Whenever there is a problem with the apartments, we have to wait around a week for it to get fixed. It takes about 3 days before the groundskeepers actually plow out the parking lots. The parking lots are horrible---they are always full and we rarely get to park near our building.
