My husband has lived in this complex since 2007, I've been here since 2008. We have absolutely loved living here. It is in an extraordinarily safe and quiet neighborhood.

The maintenance team is phenomenal. They take great care of the grounds and apartments. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the buildings are clean and well cared for. If ever there is a problem, maintenance responds immediately. We've called them about three times over the past 2 and a half years, and were always amazed at how quickly they've responded. Plus, the staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful.

The building is older, built in the 1970s, I believe. But the degree to which it has been taken care of is fantastic. Most of the bathrooms and kitchens have been updated. And the area of the apartments are HUGE. No space is wasted with walk-in closets and half-baths, which creates a very spacious feeling. The other renters are quiet and polite, many of them of retirement age. There are plenty of parking spots (IF you don't arrive home at 3:00 in the morning, then it's a bit harder to find spaces close to your building), plus garages are only an additional $30 a month.

Our only complaint is that they don't have air conditioning, nor do they allow pets. And rent does seem a bit high, but it's like that all over Duluth. I have yet to find a new place that has exeeded our expectations like this place has. We wouldn't be leaving if we didn't have to relocate to the Twin Cities.
