The building is in the West End, on 20th Ave W and W Superior St. It's gotten much rougher lately and more police calls because of more temporary guests rather than long-term renters. This is one of the cheapest places you will find near downtown but the amount of transients are making it a place that doesn't feel as safe to live at. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Never lived there myself I have been visiting friends there but I wouldnt move there. Yes, it's cheap if you don't mind critters.
