I would whole-heartedly recommend this place - My husband has lived in this complex since 2007, I've been here since 2008. We have absolutely loved living here. It is in an extraordinarily safe and quiet neighborhood. The maintenance team is phenomenal. They take great care of the grounds and apartments. Still kicking - after all these years; Devonshire was built in the 1920s as an apartment "mansion" with a restaurant and other services on site.
