Not bad, but noisier than I'd like

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
This was my first apartment and I was on the 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot. There are some people playing loud music in their cars out there occasionally or leaving their noisy van running, etc. If you get one, make sure it is NOT overlooking the parking lot.
Also, walls are fairly thin, you can hear people's music and sometimes talking in the next apartment over. Noise is my biggest pet peeve and this is a weak point for this place. However, it was fairly safe and the staff wasn't too bad.
