I've been living at Bayberry Place for 3 years and still going, but I am anxious to get out of there. We started out happy with our living conditions, but as the years have passed, the people they have been renting to have been questionable. We have neighbors across the hall that are loud and fight constantly. Our garage was broken into. The washers and dryers on our floor break down on a frequent basis (probably because those same "winners" are over-filling them). The maintenance guy is great, and usually there the next day. The management staff has been questionable because of high turnover. They have changed the office hours many times to accommodate their staffing issues, NOT the renters. I feel as someone who's paid their rent on time every month, I should get a return from the staff on that...we need better customer service, people!
I think this place could be better, with the right management to screen people coming in. Enough with the shifty-shady people already, and give us current renters a break!
