I have been renting for 6 months; and find the Mgr & staff friendly and willing to help out with any need promptly. I find it quiet, and enjoy the lovely view of the River Valley and Mpls skyline. Our hill up to the parking lot has been a challenge this winter, but I find the efforts to plow, salt and hand shovel walkways is extremely good. For an older establishment, is well kept up, and a great value.
