very noisy neighbors, office staff (even manager) not responsive. Maintenance is horrible--typically takes 2-3 calls before they check out the problem, and then with every maintenance problem they "fix" we have had to call back and have it "fixed" 2-3 more times because of the high level of incompetence. Again, this has been brought up with management, and no changes have been made. I would have expected this of an inner city apartment costing 200$ a month, not of a place calling itself "luxury" and charging the outrageous rates that are charged. If you value your sanity, STAY AWAY!
