Stay away!!!

It's October 3rd. No Heat yet. Landlord tennant act2.104 /6 states that betwen October 1st through may 1st. Tennents are to recieve heat. The cold weather act states that heat ,water and electricity may not be shut off after october 15th.
Well the cheap manager ,whom does not live in the apartments thought it would be a swell idea to not turn on the heat.Even though the maintenance staff tried t fight to have it turned on.

Maintnance is another issue. In a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment I was unable to use the main bathroom for the first 7 months I lived here due to mold water damage and un knowledgeable maintenance staff. The paint on all of the walls and celing are of different shades and gloss. The electrical outlet is not up to code. Doors are not installed squarely.

I recommend not even looking at this complex. This is the worse I have stayed in. Totally unexceptable living conditions, especially for $1000 a month.
