HORRIBLE!!!

We had problems from the moment we moved in -- simple maintenance problems that should have been taken care of right away and weren't. The majority of the people in the office were rude to us. We paid extra for an extra garage stall, and when people would move into the apartment that was assigned to that particular garage stall, they wouldn't notify us. I would come home and someone else would be parked in my spot and I would have to wait until business hours to get a new spot. There were multiple occasions when there were break-ins and thefts in the garage. The clincher was when our apartment started to develop a mold-like odor and it took them two weeks to get a professional in to test for the problem and another week to get the results. My roommate and I had to find other places to stay during that time because the smell was unbearable and because not only am I allergic to mold, but mold can KILL YOU if you are exposed to it!!! Not only did they never take care of the problem, they were rude to us, they didn't offer us another place to stay, and they wouldn't let us out of our lease. We ended up paying rent for two months that we didn't live there and paying $500 apiece to break our lease early. I think there is mold in other parts of the building as well because we saw them scraping and repainting in other areas. Don't move in there -- it could be hazardous to your health. Tell everyone you know to stay away as well.
