This is my first experience only the worst place lived in MN, rental manager will talk nicely, but when you call for service no will going to solve your issue, monthly 3 times false fire alarm in the mid night especially in the winter, before leasing talk to some of the resisdents who already here. Carage parking is not secured 3 months one u r car will get damaged. All because of poor management and quality of staffs they have. Always apartments will have 40% vaccant because of poor maintenace,crime etc..
