I completely hated living there. We had problems with a leaky ceiling in our bathroom....that lasted 6 months before they remembered to fix it. Rent is outrageous for the lack of services that we get. We spent more time FREEZING due to no heat (oct 15- april 15 according to the "new" manager) this past fall, and seriously hated the place. On our final walk through they were kinda angry that we still had wax on our carpet that was there when we moved in 2 years before!!! Fire alarms going off in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT in the middle of winter, causing many of us to stand outdoors for up to an HOUR really bit. They have no fire doors, and security is a joke. For a place that is supposed to be a "SECURITY" apartment, charging $1069 a MONTH there isn't any security. Maintenance would complain if they were called to fix a garage door that wouldn't close. Cars were broken into in the under ground garages, there was filth everywhere. The worst was the dogs. NO ONE cleaned up after the dogs, and it made the outdoors a horrible place to be. Who wants to step in dog doodle everywhere they walk' Not to mention the place is NOT kid friendly. They act like kids are an inconvenience. I had an ant problem, and was told that my 1 yr old caused the problem and that they would never go away until I got RID OF MY CHILD!!! They have really gone down hill, and I wouldn't recomend the place to anyone.

I wish I knew who this was so that you could tell me who said to get rid of your child. Certainly no one on my team otherwise I am sure and I would expect that you would have notified me. There is no apartment communtiy that will promise security we simply can not do that. In regards to not recieving your full security deposit, again residents are not charge for normal wear and tear on their home just anything above that. There are fire doors through out the buildings so I am not sure what you mean? As far as the "doggie waste" our caretakers do clean up after dog owners who choose not to pick up after their dogs but my caretakers my not get every bit of it if once they have cleaned it up then someone else allows their dog to go potty and not pick it up. I have not heard about dog issues until this review.
