I would like to note that Lemay Lakes likes to charge people for NOTHING! I just recived a bill for $250 for damages to the carpeting in the apartment I just moved out of. Damages that were noted in my final walk through as being there previous to me moving in. I didn't get a first walk through, and I HIGHLY recomend demanding one. I noted in a walk through statement of my own, which I turned in the day after I moved in that there were numerous damages to the carpeting...stains, wax embedded in, more stains! Yet, I got charged for it. How insane is that' This place is a PIT, and I wouldn't recomend that my DOG live there let alone a human.
I recomend that IF you choose to rent here to NOTE EVERYTHING, get it documented, send a copy to the office. TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING upon move in, video if possible, and to FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!!

Please understand that we need to hold residents responsable for anything that is above the normal "wear and tear" and we do absolutley base charges off of the original move in sheet. We also schedule walk outs with each and every resident at on move out day. Thank you Jayme Londono Property Manager |

Yo Jayme!
How can you charge the resident for wear and tear he hasnt even caused?! Dont you blokes check out the move in sheet? This isnt the only review I have found which mentions about this practice of yours, it has happened to many other places! Do something with your management staff...
