This place was indeed horrendous to live in. Our toilet erupted in the middle of the night one night, only for us to find that the water turn-off gauge DOES NOT WORK! This was reported in October, and has not yet been fixed. When it was reported, the maintenance person acknowledged that this was a frequent problem in our building. The following night, we were awaken by a guest of ours telling us that the ceiling was leaking. Indeed, water was gushing OUT OF THE LIGHT FIXTURE in the guest bathroom. In my experience, electricity water = no good. We would have not known until the morning if we didn't have a guest. The water ran through the walls of the spare room. We reported this, and the developing mold, which also has not been examined (again, this was October). Oh, the cause of the water: the upstairs toilet's water turn off gauge did not work. What a surprise.
Then, we paid extra money for a second parking stall. Every other day for a month, we went down to our parking stall to find a notice extremely heavily taped to our vehicle saying that we had to vacate the spot, it was rented to another person. Three trips to the office to ask them about this, and we were told each time it was our spot, but the notices kept coming.
We can't open any of the windows because the screens are not fitted to the window and allow insects through them. We reported this at move in (last August), and we asked again a week later, but noone has come to look at them. Management is completely disorganized. Whatever is reported to one person in the office never makes it to the next person, so no follow-up.
