We lived at Lemay Lake for a little over a year and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone I know. While we lived there, there was fire in our building due to some idoits down the hall from us. You couldn't even hear the fire alarms going off. Good thing we say the fire trucks outside. The staff is nice to you if you are their friend. The leasing agents spend their time stting around the pool all summer sucking back cocktails that unless you are their friend or complain enough nothing gets done. The lawns are gross. They are covered in dog crap. It took maintenenace forever to get our AC fixed during the summer. It kept freezing over and they wouldn't replace it. We are glad to have moved on. I am very disappointed because when I first moved in the staff was wonderful and I enjoyed living there, but through all of the staff changes and the owners changing common customer service got lost.

I wouldn't recommened this place to anyone I know. I would discourage anyone from renting at Lemay Lake or with Pinnacle.
